Where is the cheapest place to buy cell phones and plans in Los Angeles-area?

I have often heard that Chinatown and Valley Blvd. in San Gabriel are good places. Is there a big difference in price between buying there versus in a store or on the web?

    Just get a tracphone.

    The warranty andor return problems.
