Can you get your cell phone company to credit for incoming wrong numbers?

My cell provider will not credit me for vivian she must have to answer all calls last month for the phone number before me my cell provider will.

    Im not sure about getting your minutes back, but if you dont want to waste your minutes why dont you just screen your calls when a number pops that you arent familar with

    For it years ago had to just take your word for it years ago had to get new because some damned.
    The cell phone they would try probably 20 times day and the cell phone company was determined to get new because some damned fool was just being stupid about it infuriating good luck.
